Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1.The service

PetraX takes a CV document and photo that you upload, uses automated/AI tools to format them, and publishes the result as a web page hosted by PetraX under a link such as petrax-sa.com/cv/your-name. We do not provide career, legal, immigration, or employment advice.

2.Plan term & hosting (1 year)

• Every plan (Silver, Gold, Platinum) is a one (1) year subscription starting on the date of purchase. Plans are not lifetime.
• At the end of the year your CV page may be deactivated or removed unless you renew. We may contact you before expiry, but renewal is your responsibility.
• Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and may change for future purchases.

3.Your content is your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for everything you submit — your name, experience, dates, qualifications, photo and any other information.
• You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, lawful, and your own, and that you have the right to use it.
• PetraX does not verify, fact-check, or guarantee the accuracy of any content. We are not responsible if information you supply is wrong, misleading, outdated, or causes you to miss or lose any opportunity, job, or benefit.
• The automated/AI process may reformat, summarise, or rephrase your content. You are responsible for reviewing the final result before sharing it. You can edit it anytime from your profile.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to use PetraX to publish content that is false, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, impersonating another person, or unlawful under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may edit, suspend, or permanently remove any CV or account that breaches these Terms, at our sole discretion and without refund.

5.Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Moyasar). We do not store your full card details.
• The service is a digital product delivered immediately. Once your CV has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled and fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6."As is" — no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a CV will lead to any particular outcome, interview, or job.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetraX, its owner and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost income, or damages arising from your use of the service or from any information you provided. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

8.Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold PetraX harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or cost (including legal fees) made by any third party because of content you submitted or your use of the service.

9.Privacy Policy

• What we collect: your name, email, phone number, the CV file and photo you upload, the information extracted from them, and basic technical data needed to run the service.
• How we use it: only to create, host, display and let you edit your CV website, to process your payment, and to contact you about your account.
• Sharing: a CV website is public by design — anyone with the link can view it. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run PetraX (e.g. hosting, payment, AI processing).
• Retention & deletion: we keep your data for your 1-year term. You may request deletion of your account and CV at any time by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable period, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Security: passwords are stored encrypted (we can never see them). No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10.Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the version shown at the time you use the service applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
